In addition to having a state-of-the-art training center, video/teleconferencing center and a powerful colocation facility all just down the hall, the CTC was designed with attention to the smaller details that make every day run more smoothly:

From their windows in the CTC, our tenants can take in the morning sun glistening off the Columbia River, snow falling on the ski hill at Mission Ridge, or the grapes ripening on the vine at the neighboring Chateau Faire Le Pont Winery.

• Access to recreation – The building stands a mere block away from the entrance to Confluence State Park, where you can put in for water-skiing on your lunch break or walk, jog or bike the 10-mile Apple Capital Recreational Loop Trail. Plans are in place to construct a path connecting the CTC to the park.

• Stores and restaurants – The Olds Station area offers a half-dozen eateries from fine dining to fast food, two convenience stores and gas stations, banking services, a grocery store, and a sporting goods store.
