The Confluence Technology Center offers a unique combination of services designed to attract and nurture technology-oriented businesses as well as to provide the critical training those businesses and others in North Central Washington need. Along with offering training facilities suitable for 2 to 200, the CTC services fall into four main categories:

1. Wenatchee Valley College training center

2. Videoconference & Meeting Center

3. Office space/business incubator
