The Chelan County PUD was instrumental in the construction of the CTC, providing $2 million in initial investment and becoming the CTC’s first tenant. The PUD was responsible for providing the CTC with its world-class level of power quality and reliability. |

Another important partner at the CTC is Wenatchee Valley College. The WVC Community and Professional Development offices are located on the main floor of the building, and many continuing education classes and seminars are conducted at the CTC.
