The Conference Reservation Form can filled out and submitted in Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 7.0 or greater (older versions will not work with this form). Alternately, it can be printed and faxed to 509-661-3117 or mailed to 285 Technology Center Way, Suite 102, Wenatchee, WA 98801.
Adobe Acrobat Professional Version 7.0 or greater may also be used to fill out the form. With the professional program you will be able to save the filled form to your hard drive. If you have the reader program, you will only be able to save the original blank form.
If you are experiencing difficulties opening the form, please check the version that is trying to open it. If you have two different versions installed on your computer (i.e. Reader 6.0 and Professional 7.0), the older version may be trying to open the form. To solve this, save the form to your hard drive, open the correct version of Adobe, then open the form within the program.
